VINEYARD MISSIONS OFFICEMark FieldsNational Missions Coordinator Mark Fields currently serves as the National Missions Coordinator for the Association of Vineyard Churches in the United States. Prior to assuming his current position, he was the Senior Pastor of the Vineyard Community Church in Pomona, California, for more than twenty years. Mark is a graduate of Fuller Seminary, did post-graduate research in New Testament at London Bible College, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies at the School of World Mission at Fuller Seminary. He taught New Testament and Theology at Harvest Bible College in downtown Los Angeles. Harvest Bible College provides contextualized education for urban pastors and leaders. He has traveled, and ministered, extensively around the world. Mark and his wife Karen have been married for over twenty years, are the parents of three children and reside in Southern California. FacilitatorsJanis BaldaCross-Cultural Leadership Development Facilitator With degrees in education, theology, law and management, Janis brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in leadership development, business management, global awareness and international law. She has also served as a Vineyard pastor for Outreach and Evangelism. As a part of our missions team, her goal is to develop a comprehensive plan for Vineyard pastors and missions leaders to increase/build their capacity as leaders, to enhance their cross-cultural skills and to provide a variety of resources to develop and mature their partnership or missions efforts. Jerry ReddixMobile Care Facilitator Jerry Reddix, Psy.D. assists Vineyard churches in effectively sending and supporting their long-term, cross-cultural workers. His responsibilities include recommending effective training for those workers, overseeing the Mobile Care Team and facilitating emergency care in overseas locations. Jerry brings to this role his experience in the Vineyard since 1981, clinical practice as a counselor and psychologist, ministry as associate pastor of the Cherwell Vineyard (Oxford, England 1996 -1999) and many visits to cross-cultural workers around the world since 1995.
