VINEYARD MISSIONS TEAMMark FieldsNational Missions Coordinator Mark Fields currently serves as the National Missions Coordinator for the Association of Vineyard Churches in the United States. Prior to assuming his current position, he was the Senior Pastor of the Vineyard Community Church in Pomona, California, for more than twenty years. Mark is a graduate of Fuller Seminary, did post-graduate research in New Testament at the London School of Theology, and is a Ph.D. Candidate in Intercultural Studies at the School of Intercultural Studies at Fuller Seminary. He taught New Testament and Theology at Harvest Bible College in downtown Los Angeles. Harvest Bible College provides contextualized education for urban pastors and leaders. He has traveled, and ministered, extensively around the world. Mark and his wife Karen have been married for nearly thirty years, are the parents of three adult children and reside in Southern California. FACILITATORSRick LoveConsultant for Christian-Muslim Relationships Rick Love has a Th.M. in New Testament and D.Min. in Urban Studies from Westminster Theological Seminary. He has a Ph. D. in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary and has done postdoctoral studies at Yale University. He has served over 25 years among Muslims. He specializes in leadership development, coaching faith-based organizations in cross-cultural communication, and Christian-Muslim relationships. He is the author of two books and numerous articles. www.ricklove.net Tim McDonellExecutive Assistant to Rick Love Tim has been a member of the Channel Islands Vineyard for 27 years. During this time Tim served as the head of World Ministries where he led short term teams to Mexico and Indonesia. He is currently active with the Channel Islands Vineyard in blessing the homeless and those humbled by life’s circumstances in the community. Tim recently retired as a captain from the Los Angeles City Fire Department after serving for 32 years. Jerry ReddixMobile Care Facilitator Jerry Reddix, Psy.D. assists Vineyard churches in effectively sending and supporting their long-term, cross-cultural workers. His responsibilities include recommending effective training for those workers, overseeing the Mobile Care Team and facilitating emergency care in overseas locations. Jerry brings to this role his experience in the Vineyard since 1981, clinical practice as a counselor and psychologist, ministry as associate pastor of the Cherwell Vineyard (Oxford, England 1996 -1999) and many visits to cross-cultural workers around the world since 1995. NATIONAL MISSIONS TASKFORCEIn order to facilitate the advance of the vision to see every Vineyard church in America involved in a mission partnership, a national missions taskforce has been appointed. These pastors are eager to share with you the vision of partnerships and answer any questions you have. Members of the taskforce are located throughout the country and have experience in different parts of the world.
